Private Experiences

All of ACWA’s experiences can be booked privately outside of pre-scheduled dates. For each experience the cost of at least the minimum booking must be covered by the private group. In addition, ACWA can also tailor experiences to your group’s unique needs. In the past, we have hosted camera crews, researchers, charities, community groups and corporate functions. Contact us directly to discuss your needs so we can assess our ability to facilitate them. Private experiences are assessed on a case by case basis. The greater notice we have the better chance we will be able to deliver. 

Pricing schedule  

For each experience the cost of at least the minimum booking must be covered by the private group. For activities outside of our usual offerings a quote will be provided that takes into account the nature of the experience being proposed.
